Fees cover U.S. Lacrosse annual player fee, player and coaches U.S. Lacrosse Insurance, Mass. Bay Youth Lacrosse (MBYLL) program fees, game officials, and uniforms. 

Team rosters will be capped at 22 players. Additional teams will be formed pending registration numbers and coaching staff.
